4C is a voluntary led community project to create a modern, spacious and sustainable community building right in the heart of the Waterloo community. It is located between Oldham Road and Taunton Road in Ashton-Under-Lyne in the grounds of Christ Church.

The centre is being built by the community for the community, and will accommodate a range of activities around the central hub of the centre, a community social space and cafe.

Designed to limit the impact on the environment, the building incorporates new and traditional technologies and when it opens, recycling and energy efficiency will be integral to the operation. The design is fully accessible and will be open

"4 Young, 4 Old, 4 Everyone!"

The centre is currently under construction but we need your help to complete the building!

This fantastic flythrough video has been created by one of our volunteers Tom to help show how the building will look.

Everybody and anybody can chip in to help us. We'd love to hear from you if you have time to volunteer or skills we could use.

Alternatively why not help us raise funds to complete the building.

We're using a fundraising website called Everyclick
